Chef Tom Weekes

Chef Thomas Weekes joined the team at the Bay of Many Coves almost a year ago and brought with him, extensive knowledge and experience in small luxury properties across the world.  Prior to coming the Bay, Tom spent a couple of years as Executive Chef at a private ski resort in Australia as well as working at a number of 5-star hotels and resort across the world, including the infamous Frantzen Restaurant in Sweden.

Tom is enjoying New Zealand and in particular, adapting the endless fresh produce we are fortunate to have on our doorstep as well as having the ability to grow his own produce in our unique and sustainable environment.
