Chef Palash Saha

Palash Saha, Lodge Chef at The Kinloch Manor & Villas has achieved wide international experience at luxury hotels and lodges across India, the Middle East and now New Zealand.

Fresh from his chef roles at multi awarded New Zealand luxury lodges Cape Kidnappers and Kauri Cliffs, he previously worked at Hotel Kempinski in Riyadh and the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, in Abu Dhabi, as well as his native India. 

Palash enjoys blending European and Asian flavours. Familiar with the luxury lodge environment, Palash creates rich and entertaining dishes featuring the ‘Estate to Plate’ dining philosophy.  Using organically grown and 100% pesticide free produce from the wilderness of sister lodge Treetops Estate he draws on this rich source of game, poultry and indigenous produce. Kinloch’s own herb and specialty heritage garden on site he provides memorable fine dining in the Kinloch Club’s main dining room looking over the Jack Nicklaus signature course and more casual dining at the Club House.
